Hadjipieris traditional halloumi is made from fresh pasteurised goat and sheep’s milk. Using a traditional recipe and methods of production, our halloumi has a unique aroma and genuine taste. Ingredients: Fresh pasteurised sheep and goat’s milk, Salt, Non-animal rennet, Mint.

Sizes available:  250g and plastic containers of 1, 2, and 3kg of goat and sheep’s milk halloumi in its natural juices are also available.
