This is a hard cheese with a light yellow colour. It is made in the traditional way and is left to mature for at least three months. Graviera Kritis is made from sheep and goat’s milk and has a pleasant taste and a rich aroma. It can be enjoyed on its own with wine or it can be used as a grated cheese.
